End User Training
The End User Training Session focuses on data entry functions for data entry staff, MDs, NNPs, Social Workers, and Discharge Planners. The goal is to ensure increased accuracy and speed of data-entry and to educate on the time-saving features and functions of the Site of Care Application Suite.
System Administrator Training
System Administrator Training Sessions are designed for System Administrators and Super Users. This training will provide these users with the knowledge they need to take full advantage of the extremely powerful and valuable data analysis and automated reporting tools in the Site of Care Application. Topics include:
- Saving and loading sets of records
- Generating statistics
- Data cleaning to ensure accurate, valuable data
- Searching
- Quick reporting and custom querying
Technical System Administrator Training
This training is specifically for IT/IS staff, to provide the technical knowledge necessary to ensure glitch-free maintenance of the Site of Care System. The training addresses system management topics such as a discussion of the client/server environment, how the system functions and processes data, file locations, back-up procedures and how to resolve data corruption issues.
On-site diagnosis of technical issues
We can come onsite to help decipher the source of technical problems, the need for hardware upgrades or any other technical problems which may be occurring at your site.

Comprehensive Data Analysis
The basic package includes set up and execution of statistics based on a site's current database (no data cleaning). One site dictated parameter is included in the basic package, (i.e., delivering MD, prenatal OB or a specific group). These reports are most frequently used as year-end reports or JCAHO outcomes measures, but can be done at any time for process improvement comparisons, staff and department meetings, or grant proposals.
